If you are considering a change, please reach out to your designated account executive. Please keep the following deadlines in mind for changes to go into effect January 1, 2020:
September 2, 2019
- All formulary changes
- Add-on programs (such as clinical programs)
- Specialty copay changes
October 1, 2019
- New or existing clients who wish to integrate with medical integrators who have established connections with CVS
- Implementation of add-on or restructured plan designs
- Revised information technology systems/eligibility change requests (including third-party administrator changes)
- New data file requests
November 1, 2019 (Non-complex changes)
- Basic copay or coinsurance changes
- Updates to reporting access
- Refill restriction updates and limited plan coverage updates
- Standard drug coverage changes (using an existing list)
- Non-integrated deductible or MOOP addition
- DAW addition
- Turning off accumulations
