National CooperativeRx is dedicated to fulfilling the needs of our members and partners. Our membership growth allows us to continue to expand our services. In addition to the enhancements of our clinical services in 2023, we are pleased to announce advancements to our organizational structure.
Revising the Role of Our Strategic Account Executives
Our strategic account executives form strong relationships that correlate with the success of our Cooperative. Their constant communication with our members and partners drives results. We recognize the connection with our partners is crucial to ensuring more self-funded groups receive premier pharmacy benefits through National CooperativeRx. Therefore, effective August 1, 2022, National CooperativeRx strategic account executives will assist current partners with quotes for potential members interested in our Cooperative. This shift will allow the sales team to dedicate more time on introducing National CooperativeRx to new partners and their clients.
Expanding Our Team
Enhanced clinical services and added responsibilities are not achievable without expanding our team. Sales and account associates will be added to assist our strategic account executives in supporting existing and new relationships. Their support to our account management and sales teams will play a significant role in progressing relationships and providing greater attention to the needs of our over 275 member groups. Additionally, we are growing our team of clinical experts to assist with current clinical initiatives and the upcoming specialty medication prior authorization program, going live January 1, 2023.
The Positive Outcome for Members and Partners
We fully expect our member and partner relationships to continue to flourish under this new structure. Collaboration is the key to ensuring members and partners experience all the advantages of National CooperativeRx. These efforts will further support additional growth of the Cooperative and drive even greater value for members. We pride ourselves in building and maintaining relationships that will result in positive outcomes for member groups’ pharmacy benefit needs.
Moving forward, National CooperativeRx will continue to evolve to meet the demands of the marketplace. We are confident our clinical and organizational changes will enrich our services.
