- Website Materials. We publish a variety of informative materials to help members make educated decisions about their pharmacy benefits.
- The Script bimonthly newsletter. The Script highlights the latest Cooperative news and educational resources. Additionally, we post relevant pharmaceutical articles to keep members aware of updates in the industry. Members are automatically subscribed to receive our newsletter. If members are not receiving our newsletter, they can subscribe here.
- Annual Meeting. We host an Annual Meeting in Madison, Wisconsin, where members get the chance to hear from industry experts, network with peers, and receive Cooperative updates. Check out our events page for upcoming events.
- Exceptional Customer Support. Our team of industry experts are always ready to provide guidance and support.
- Account management team. A designated account representative works with members to provide recommendations for their benefit plan that meet members’ needs and intent. Meet your team.
- Independent clinical expertise. Our knowledgeable and passionate in-house pharmacists educate our members on plan design options. They continue to develop and evaluate clinical programs with a patient-centric approach.
