Jesse Dudley, CPhT: Implementation and Clinical Support Manager

Staff Profile: Jesse Dudley

Please join us in welcoming our newest staff member, Jesse Dudley, to National CooperativeRx! Jesse was hired to fill a brand-new role of implementation and clinical support manager. Jesse primarily supports new member implementations and assists our clinical services managers with clinical initiatives. Her position also involves meeting with brokers and members to review their current benefit plan design and offering our program recommendations when necessary.

A Wisconsin native, Jesse initially began her career path studying accounting, but quickly changed when a full-time pharmacy technician job was presented to her. Jesse admitted she wasn’t crazy about working with numbers and when she became a pharmacy technician, “everything clicked.” After staying with that pharmacy for several years, she transitioned to an HMO where she worked in the pharmacy. After being promoted to the lead pharmacy administrative assistant, she gained valuable experience working closely with the prescription drug formulary and the pharmacy benefit manager.

“When I heard about the open position at National CooperativeRx, I jumped at the opportunity to expand my skillset,” Jesse says. “I was excited to work for an organization that offered more growth abilities and a more flexible work environment.”

When asked what projects she is most excited to take on, Jesse didn’t hesitate. “I love working with people, so I’m eager to meet our members as well as brokers, and I can’t wait to get started on implementations.”

If Jesse could pick another career, it would be running her own doggie daycare. “I’m a huge animal lover, having two English springer spaniels myself. I would love working with animals every day if I wasn’t in this position,” Jesse says.

Clinical initiatives, implementations and dogs aside, when Jesse isn’t working, she enjoys arts and crafts, cooking, and bowling.

We are so pleased to announce Jesse’s new role to better serve our membership and we can’t wait to see what she will accomplish at the Cooperative!
