We are pleased to announce the addition of Ricky Neault to our Cooperative team! As a sales and account associate, Ricky will collaborate with our strategic account executives and clinical team to help manage existing member and partner relationships. Additionally, Ricky will support our sales initiative by providing guidance to groups considering membership in National CooperativeRx.
Ricky, a born and raised Milwaukee, Wis. native, attended the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee where he majored in criminal justice and minored in political science. Following his college graduation, Ricky moved to Madison, Wis. for a position working in the state’s revenue department. For the past five years, Ricky has ensured citizen compliance with tax laws, proceeding with investigations and collection actions for non-compliance cases. Though he had to have some difficult conversations regarding collections, Ricky continued to stay positive and was determined to find a solution. “It was rewarding to be able to resolve issues and help citizens move forward towards the right path. While the circumstances were unfortunate, I was able to provide citizens comfort by presenting them with reasonable solutions,” said Ricky.
Ricky has always felt committed to helping people and is excited to move into the healthcare industry, especially at National CooperativeRx. “National CooperativeRx’s mission and values captured my interest. I appreciate the sincerity of the Cooperative and see how passionate the staff are about doing what is best for our members. I am looking forward to learning from them and sharing their values,” he stated.
When Ricky is not working, he enjoys playing golf and is a part of multiple softball and volleyball recreational sports leagues. As an avid sports fan, he keeps up with all the Wisconsin sports teams, specifically the Milwaukee Brewers, Milwaukee Bucks, and the Green Bay Packers. He loves to attend sporting events and has accumulated a large collection of bobbleheads throughout the years. Ricky also enjoys participating in weekly trivia at local bars and going out for dinner. Some of his favorite food spots are Bandit Tacos, Avantis Italian Restaurant and Pub, and Johnny Delmonico’s Steakhouse, where he highly recommends ordering their hash browns.
